60岁老人高永华骑着单车前去血液中心进行义务献血，每年高大爷都会主动献血，到现在为止，他累计献血已上万毫升，拥有46本献血证。60岁的老先生拥有一颗善心，他想帮助人的心让我很是感动。我们应该多帮助别人，向这位老先生的助人精神学习，只要每人合作一点，积少成多，就能帮助更多需要我们的人。人的心只要付出一点点，很多人加起来的力量就像无穷大了。只要每人捐一些血，就可能救活无数条生命。大家就像是一家人，有困难时可以互相帮助，不论多大的困难，我们都能够克服。命运无情，人间有情，你帮助了别人，将来在你需要帮助的时候，别人也一定会伸出援手，帮你脱离困境的。
